Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

We offer different account types:

• Client Accounts: For individuals planning events
• Vendor Accounts: For service providers in our marketplace
• Admin Accounts: For The Chariot staff and management

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or data mine our platform

If you are a vendor, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and credentials
• Maintain current insurance and necessary licenses
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Deliver services as agreed with clients
• Comply with verification requirements
• Pay any applicable marketplace fees

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

The Chariot may charge service fees, subscription fees, or transaction fees as communicated to you. Prices are subject to change with notice.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Chariot Events & Consulting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our Services.

The Chariot Events & Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

We are not responsible for the actions of vendors or clients on our platform. Transactions between clients and vendors are independent contracts, and we are not a party to these agreements.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
